Common questions

Is a wood wall safe next to a fireplace?

Combustible materials must stay a safe distance from a fireplace opening, and the allowed distance depends on your fireplace type and local code. Ask about clearances during the estimate.

Can you cover brick or stone without tearing it out?

In many cases, yes. It depends on the condition of the masonry and how flat the surface is. Abel will look at it and tell you what is realistic.

What finish do the slats have?

The wall pictured has a warm walnut-brown tone. Bring photos of what you like and Abel will talk through options.
